Review for beginning of January 2024, after several visits to the restaurant in the last 3 years mainly for lunch meal, after coming from ice skating ring. -Always friendly and joyful staff. -Not crowded -ambient sound is kept to a level that allows you to chat with others, good music. - meals (specifically beef "ciorba" is delicious). Nice ambient Payment accepted by card also contactless or tap to pay.

For us this was really nice accomodations since we are family of 5 (kids are 10, 7 and 1). We hade nice room/apartment on two floors and with one bathroom and one toilet. Facility have also nice pool and sauna, sometime was more people sometimes was empty but kids love it after all day of exploration of area to have some fun on pool. Location we loved beacuse all attraction was on 20-45 min driving and again when you come back in this place (not sure it's village or town) but it's looks really quite, peaceful and safe. One night we did come earlier and had diner and it was great and with normal prices. Staff in restaurants was also very nice. On check out there was young lady which helped resolve small issue with business invoice. Problems: In upper bathroom was bit of smell in shower but not that radical to change room. On check dint get to much info actually just showed us room. But biggest mistake for property which one advertising 5 stars are fried eggs which one must be aptetitlich and must have dip effect, friendly advice change it because it's really nice property I would like rate it 4,6 but will give 5 beacuse we hade really good time there. Tips for families rooms from 1-12 are in same building where is pool. Advice for managers or owners, just make small changes maybe with guests outside of Romania and make really fried eggs and it would be really and truly 5* accomodations.

I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at Conacul Ambient through an online platform, under the impression that I was reserving a room at a 5-star establishment. However, the experience was severely below par when compared to other 5-star hotels I have previously visited. 1. Cleanliness: The hotel was far from clean. It was shocking to encounter such unhygienic conditions. 2. Jacuzzi Issue: The water in the jacuzzi did not drain properly, making it practically unusable. 3. Bathroom Conditions: There was visible mold in the bathroom, a health concern that no guest should ever have to face, especially not in a hotel claiming to be of 5-star caliber. 4. General Maintenance: Everything from the furnishings to the infrastructure felt old and poorly maintained. 5. Bedding: The linens provided were dirty, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one of this supposed standard. 6. Furniture Quality: The furniture appeared cheap and was in a state of disrepair. 7. Flooring: The tiling was not only of a cheap quality but also old and improperly fitted. 8. Parking: There were just a few designated parking spots for guests, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. 9. Value for Money: The cost of the accommodation was exorbitant, given the subpar quality of the services provided.

Stayed for a couple of days. Nice place overall. Two big playing areas for kids with lots of activities. The breakfast was ok but a bit lackluster with coffee being the worst offender. One annoying thing was that some guests and staff were parking directly in the street in front of the entrance even if parking spaces were available 15m away.

Yes! That's how i would answer many questions about this location. Are the rooms big and comfortable? Are all the private rooms and common areas furnished in the same style and with good taste? Is the breakfast satisfactory and diverse? Is the rest of the menu worth browsing? Is the staff friendly and courteous? How about the pools and sauna - are they clean, safe, temperature controlled and spacious? Do you have activities on-site for both adults and children? Do you have anything to outside the property, in the village? Next time you book your stay, here, bring several books. Chances are you will want to extend the visit.
